Customer Service and Technical Support
- Provide exceptional service during all interactions with clients;
- Priority is given to answering calls, directing calls appropriately, and providing timely verbal and written resolutions;
- Focus is given to ensuring clients understand the processes being described and the provided resolutions;
- Thorough understanding of the products being supported;
- Collaborations with other team members – and R&D or other sources for more difficult issues – is pursued with diligence.
Web Design
- Collaborate with clients to identify goals, set expectations, and produce the most accurate results in an effective Internet presence (usable web sites and email strategies);
- Convert clients' information to appropriate web technology formats;
- Consult with clients on all aspects of managing their Internet presence (web hosting, email solutions, etc.)
Data Conversions
- Specialize in conversion of any data to proprietary or importable formats;
- Collaborate with clients to provide the best results, with the sales team to ensure realistic goals are set, and with R&D when technical barriers present themselves;
- Develop conversion specifications for clients which describes the processes and deliverables;
- High priority is given to quality control and minimizing turnaround times.
System Integration and Support
- Consult with clients to provide computer system solutions appropriate to their immediate and future needs;
- Priority is given to providing feedback and "hidden" information to allow clients to properly recognize their needs;
- Emphasis is placed on providing an understanding of issues and problems during troubleshooting;
- Courteously and patiently deal with frustrated clients.
